Refund policy
ORDER TURN AROUND TIME FRAME - Please allow up to 10 business days for all order turn arounds.
PAYMENTS - Once your payment is processed and has cleared your order will be made and then shipped out to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS - we do not accept change of mind. if you do wish to cancel your order please contact by via email : countrygirlcreationsco@outloook.com within in 1 hour of placing your order. if we do not receive an email your order will be made and you will not be cancelled. If your order has been made your order can not be cancelled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS -
We do not offer any exchanges or refunds however though, where there is a fault please get in contact with is via email countrygirlcreationsco@outlook.com to discuss the issue.
SHIPPING & POSTAGE -
Please ensure delivery details are correct when you are placing your order. Country Girl Creations & Co take no responsibility for lost items posted by us to an address that has been incorrectly provided. Once the package as left our facilitys and handed over to for delivery it is completely out of our control.
All items are sent via New Zealand Post. All order will be shipped with tracking provided via Email. express shipping is available at additional fees.
